RP Export for AutoCAD - OpenRP RP file export plug-in for AutoCAD

This tutorial provides the necessary information and hands-on experience to help you get started with RP Export for AutoCAD.

Step 1: Start AutoCAD.

Step 2:  Open the file.  A "Select File" dialog box is displayed. Select the file C:\Program Files\SYCODE\RP Export for AutoCAD\Samples\Sample 1.dwg and click Open.

Step 3: Select Export from the "RPExport" menu or type RPExport at the AutoCAD command prompt and press Enter.

Step 4: At the Select objects prompt, select the objects you wish to export. Press Enter when done.

Step 5: The AutoCAD "Save As" dialog box is displayed. Enter the name of a RP file and click Save.

Step 6: The RP Export for AutoCAD displays a "Password" dialog box. Its an option, either type the password or just click OK.

The file will be successfully exported to a specified RP file
